e-Eagle in Education is a cooperative effort between The Wichita Eagle, local business sponsors, and area schools to encourage use of the newspaper as a tool for instruction and to promote literacy. Under the program, teachers and students are given access to the e-Edition of The Eagle, as well as to numerous educational and fun site features, curriculum ideas, teaching materials, special supplements, and more.

e-Eagle in Education is:

Educational. Your e-Eagle in Education subscription includes other free educational content, including all of the topics/links to the right. You'll also have access to PARADE CLASSROOM, Kid Scoop, and several educational supplements that are posted as PDF files throughout the school year. See the Programs tab above for a list of programs that will be available over the next few months.

Efficient. One order provides access to the e-Edition of The Eagle (including archived issues) seven days a week and to all programs and special site features throughout the school year. Access is not limited to the classroom; students and teachers are encouraged to use e-Eagle in Education from home.

Easy-to-Use. Search by keywords and project or print only what's applicable to your lesson plans. Once posted, most supplements and teacher guides are archived and available throughout the school year.

Edgy. e-Eagle reaches students where they live—in an increasingly digital world.
